Hi yours is using metal roof??

Metal roof only for the yard extension. Rest of the house is tiled roof

The extension was done by the previous owner. I had no idea how much that cost. It's about 1m from the wall. Think that's not legal but almost everyone is doing it there.

I see. For level 1, if there is a roof at the backyard, understand it can be extended, to at least 1 m away from the rear boundary line

I thought it should be at least 2m? That was what an agent told me previously.

Rear wall set back is 2m, but its roof can extend 1m nearer.

I showed your hme office to my hubby .

We have existing aircon at family area on level two, makes sense for us to make sliding glass door to create a small office too.

You have to also make sure your family area has the necessary cable and/or telephone points for your phone, modem etc.

Today is a public holiday so I'd didn't expect anybody to be working. However the roofing and tiling guys were there.

Mosaic wall centre piece for level 2 toilet.

Flashing and waterproofing all done for level 3 toilet skylight.

Bay window taking shape. It really makes the room feel a whole lot bigger
