bpcrao 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2012 Beware of this ATD Builder (Mr. Richard Png)Do not engage this guy. he looks very nice in the beginning. but shows his colors later after the contract is signed.1. he never come to the site and monitor the works.2. he never follow the designs which are agreed.3. if you ask to change as per agreed contract he will demand extra money.4. he start the work but keep some portion pending and demands more money. if you did’nt agree that pending work never finish.5. he quotes you 1000 for particular work and later after starting the work he will comes with unreasonable VO of $2000 extra. and demands you to pay. otherwise your work won’t finish.6. he will take the money from you but wont pay to his sub cons. so sub cons won’t turn up to finish the works.7. Probably u can share more info of this contractor or ID.very disappointing to have this kind of contractor... i am having a similar problem with different kind of issues with my contractor....
