Hi indeed strange - i saw most reno also most pp hack half way only?

True! I saw many t-blog here hock hf wall also, maybe I m unluck. Good thing is Id will not charge me any extra cost. She l eat the cost.

Anyway, we did apply for balance sale flats at Jade Spring too, but din't manage to get it. LOL

2 things I would like to comment to the wall hacking issue.

1. To hack half or full wall is the same cost. ID mentioned she absorb the cost is to make you to feel obligated.

2. HDB personnel as human nature is to play safe and does not want to be hold lability. They just follow the "black" and "white" procedure. When mentioned that is full wall hack, they process full wall as submitted. They do not want to be lability if they allow certain changes not documented. Should the other half wall "may" topple and injuries caused and may file claim against them.

When the whole wall is hack as submitted in the document, then after the owner rebuilt the other half or complete wall, technically shall be the lability of the wall builder or owner and no longer HDB.

My reno had started.

1st-- hock hf height of the L shape wall between kitchen and dinning area

Hi can I ask if you require PE endorsement for the quoted hacking?

HDB is just so weird... Hack again and rebuild already still looks the same. Nevermind, you get a new wall

So no choice, hock again

And re-built (plan glass panal on top portion)

I m not sure whether costable to call hocker again but beliv re-built the hf wall need.

U let me understand well the issue. It may caused by incorrect application that id submit to hdb.

Anyway, since id absorb this, i hv no complain.
