sunnyting 0 Report post Posted June 1, 2012 hihi,i just bought a resale flat.... the floor condition seems okay, but the tile size is so small.... it's 200*200 homogeneous... was talking to a contractor, he asked.... is it really a homogeneous tile.... ---- i guess yes... coz valuation report said so...then he commented, it must be more than 20 yrs old tile.... (sorry, the flat is only 9 yrs old...)question here....is the tile really that old??? the seller is second owner of the flat, i am not sure who reno with this tile before (first owner or second..)shall i replace the tiles??? seems quite expensive to do so...thanks!! yoongf 11 Report post Posted June 1, 2012 I last selected 200 X 200 in 1990 leh.. and yes.. it's those full bodied dark coloured homogeneous tile.Personally, these tiles make the flat look really old. They are very durable and can last forever, but.. looks old.
