Cement Screed Flooring - Help Needed

How about floor tiles that look like concrete?

I've seen them before. Looks very nice, just like the real thing.

hi

my house will be doing the cement screeding from HDB too. They told me that there are different level of cement screeding. 40mm,50mm,55mm. HDB give FOC is only 40mm which is not enough to be level with the toilet /lviing tiles..... And required to top up 100 dollar for each bedroom for addition level meaning total of 50mm-55mm. Anyone expereince this? I
