samuel333 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2012 I am still contemplating over inverter or non-inverter.My air con guys told me if I am going for system 2, actually no need inverter.Probably savings is quite negligible.I am most likely gonna on for like 8-10hr daily for one unit. The other unit most likely be in used only 2-3 years later at least after my child sleeps alone.Anyone actually can substantiate their savings over their electricity bill on the before and after inverter air con installed. Thanks
terumo 0 Report post Posted May 28, 2012 If u use non inverter, u have to get those with dual compressor. Like Panasonic. Then it will suits u as u use one room most of the time. But 2-3 years later, the amount of energy u use will be higher by 20-40% if u use 2 @ the same time, compared to inverter. taichipanda 3 Report post Posted May 28, 2012 Electricity bill is getting higher every year, inverter in the long run can save on electricity bill. If you switch ON for 8-10 hours on weekday and almost 24 hours on weekend, best get the inverter model. Do you know which area the non-inverter waste electricity?
