Decided to post here to leave behind a journal of the renovation process.Decided to sell my 5I HDB in Yew Tee. Too inconvenient there, both the lack of decent food and transportation. Right after selling my place I started hunting for my new place, criteria being as close to the city as possible.Lo and behold, the first unit I viewed is right smack in the middle of the city!Chop, stamp, confirm!
