Estimated Cost For Reno 4Rm 104Sqm Resale Flat

This is 2nd post as 1st post need moderation and not been out for almost a week, wonder wat's wrong. Dun wanna spend too much time now writing just simple one.

Need a estimated cost of what we need to do to determine if our budget is enough

1) Redo whole kitchen and 2 bathroom, can overlay bathroom but kitchen i think no chance.

2) 20 ft kitchen cabinet

3) Few more electrical socket as current one not enough perhaps 4,5 more and 1 more tv socket. Not sure if need to redo everything since they redoing kitchen.

4) Change 8 sliding window, and refit whole hourse with new grills

5) Change 3 room door

6) Ned to built a new storeroom in kitchen

7) Laminate/overlay living, dining and 3 rooms.

8) 7ft warbrobe in Master bedroom

9) Some hacking of tiles to convert 1 coner of the small room to a walkin warbdrobe.

10) repaint whole house.

My wife intend to do it within 20k but i think it's rather hard even if we do not need any designing but not getting poor quality products.

20k is kinda hard but possible. Everything will be very basic and simple.

Went around asking etc... 20k hard to do it unless you can really lower the standard of reno. I end up around 46k instead oing basically

1) Redo whole kitchen and 2 toilet

2) laminate flooring for most except dining area

3) all electrical works with downlights

4) only 1 warbdrobe in master rm

5) Bulding a storeroom in kitchen

6) Changing most window panes and all new window grilles

7) change all doors

All these haven't include puchase of lights, kitchen/bathroom acc which totals to another 5k plus 6k.

Painting, Lbox, few minor reno. Will post it in my blog once started...

Wow! That's very ex. I do all that plus island, big wiw, 2nd wardrobe, cove and L box, shoes cabinet, platform plus feature wall and all flooring in tiles also abt same cost as u.

are you spending alot on doing up ur toilets n kitchen ? Thats the only 2 areas that i see to cost alot if you go for the higher end materials...
