ya that's true

We are getting the same design as your husband too, but in red. hee hee hee

But white will suit better for your white sofa.

My 0.5 cent worth of opinion. LOL :sport-smiley-004:

ya that's what he says too. but hazardly mix & match colours like that hardly make it a retro theme. it's more like a big playground. isn't it too early for babies?

So many DIFFERENT colours. Not to pour cold water, but are you sure it will all come together?

had very bad experience at heritage geylang.

bought this magnum 900mm black basin cabinet for $680 and this magnum 600mm brown basin cabinet for $450. First claiming $30 extra for black colour. When it was delivered, it was delivered with sharp metal handles when we had specifically asked for no handles. They then claimed all black cabinets come with the handles. So I had no choice but to change to brown colour, then they claimed magnum said there will be a $80 delivery charge for the replacement. What the heck! Eventually they relented & absorbed the $80 delivery charge I am already not very happy.

The magnum delivery guy came at 5.30pm when the scheduled time was between 1-3pm. My mum had been waiting since 12.30pm. They then owed me $30 credit (because brown is cheaper than black) & they insist that I had to buy things from them to deduct the $30 credit.

The above happened about 2 weeks ago. I didn't bother to post it up then because what happened I just let it pass. Then, I thought it was the supplier's fault magnum more than heritage.

Now just installed the shower set brand tuscani which they claim was from italy and highly recommended (bought at $178) and was leaking all the way from the showerhead & hose. This was for the common bathroom & I haven even check the master bathroom. When I called them, that yuki just said to bring them to the store for exchange without even an apology. I had paid for installation, now had to pay for de-installing & then again to install them again. What if the second piece leaks again??

Super bad customer service & product quality. Why are there any recommendations on renotalk for this shop???

Super sheeshed now.

Check both end of the hose, is your missing the rubber ring? No need to dismantle the whole set, just bring hose and shower head for exchange. Most likely the rubber ring is missing. Who install for you? Never check after install?

I also buy from Yuki, she is abit char tao but she is quite helpful in my case.

yaloh i let her off after the magnum case and went back to buy more stuff (sink & tap) to offset the $30 credit just so that not to make things difficult for her. I don't know whether it is her blur or the magnum woman blur. Yuki claimed that the magnum woman didn't tell her that only the white & brown version do not have handles, not the black colour version. I had specifically asked for no handle cabinet because I am going to have a baby & child around next time & the metal handles are very sharp edged. They afterwards claim the black colour version all had metal handles (after they had delivered it & I checked the next day & called up to complain about the wrong delivery) & shamelessly demanded a $80 delivery fee for its replacement to a brown one with no handles (Heritage claimed Magnum is charging them for it but they had to absorb it themselves later on). It was only after I threw a fit that it was only resolved. The sore point was that it seemed to make it like I was the unreasonable one when it was not. The basin cabinet is not cheap at $680 & I had to compromise to change to brown from black which is not as matching in the bathroom.

but this shower set thingy is really rubbing me off, esp when she says just bring back the shower set loh without even sounding apologetic about it, especially when she claim this brand is the best in her shop. maybe the earlier magnum case has already left a sour taste in my mouth so I am really pissed this time round.

my contractor is installing all the items. because of many delays here & then, we had been rushing this & that job, my mum claim she checked all items but turned out she forgot to check the shower set at the common bathroom. Hai... nothing's going right man. Sorry for the rant but I really detest renovations.

Have to work hard to make more money so that I can hire a proper ID designer next time, esp when both of us are so inept.

The brand Tuscani is actually quite good, saw a lot of shops carry them. I wont use it cos it is too expensive, i usually buy cheap shower set (below $60) and switch out the shower head.

Why your contractor did not test the shower set after installing them? Can you unscrew the hose from the shower head to check if the rubber ring is there? If the Tuscani packaging is still around, go check if there is a small packet of rubber O ring (2 pieces) in it?
