Kitchen Design Ideas

Hi all,

Below is my floorplan. I am thinking of revamping the kitchen and bathroom. From the floorplan, it seems quite cramp. I am thinking what kind of design can be used to optimise the space in my kitchen. As for kitchen, i think will do minimum stuff like changing the toilet bowl..no changing of tiles required. Appreciate your help. Many thanks.

If you break down the kitchen wall, the entire length from the living area to the end of the kitchen is as long as my open concept kitchen that comes with an island countertop of 7 ft by 4 ft.
