ahlipz 0 Report post Posted June 29, 2012 Your sofa looks kinda long. As long it is comfy, should not be a problem, looks quite spacious.

From selection of ID and materials to use. And from what furniture to what appliance to buy. Its really mentally and physically stressful. The most difficult part is How to stretch the budget to get the end results that we want.I've share mine. Hope to see more. Good nite and all the best. Haleary 1 Report post Posted June 30, 2012 After the reno headache from buying stuff etc, now comes the bodyache. It's a tiring but satisfying process where we finally have our own home. Really want to thank our ID Jimmy from 3D innovation for his effort and good work. From the start, our initial meeting with Jimmy, he had shown us confidently his existing project, without hesitation even when it's already late at night ard 11pm. We were very comfortable with him from the first meeting onwards.Moving along, we work towards our goal, while keeping our budget in mind. Out of the entire quotation, we did not encounter any 'hidden cost'. His quotation is more or less 100% accurate. Really glad that we had engaged Jimmy for this reno as we really wanted to make this home as perfect as possible. Haha, not sure if our ID read this blog, We want to say 'Thank You!' to you and your hardworking team for the good job done.
MHSH 0 Report post Posted June 30, 2012 Haha, cannot have too many room, wait future inlaw come n stay with us.Did think of hacking. Currently every renovation item that we going to do is the basic. If the condition is not so bad, our initial plan was just rewiring and paint whole house only. We have only view the flat twice. So at this moment and hopefully only these few items need to be done.1) rewiring whole flat2) refurbish kitchen and 2 toilets 3) build in wardrobe for master bedroom and kids room4) L box in living n dining room to cover the ugly pipes5) paint whole house6) varnish 3 bedroom parquetSince we don't have our place now. So every furniture, electronic and even utensils have to buy new one. Nothing to bring over. Siong ahHow much was your Reno ?(item 1-6)?
