Parquet varnish. . I'm sceptical when my ID told me parquet can be varnish. I thought its beyond salvage le.now look like new.

Any real wood flooring can be re-varnish to restore the shine and have a new lease of life; if crack then must patch up using wood putty then re-varnish.

Bro, is it normal that certain part of the parquet floor got "piak piak" sound? My previous hse with laminate flr also got this sound

Should not have unless warped due to moisture in wood suck dry by aircon.

Laminate if got sound means your cement floor is not 100% flat or/& the installer didnt lay a foam sheet to absorb the unevenness before laying the laminates.

Haha, i prefer tiles than parquet. Easier to maintain.

Today super TL with audio house. Fly me kite!!! Really spoiled my day!

Cos Audio House fly us aeroplane,

We demanded them to do refund, and went to Courts AMK and get another set of TV.

Got a 52' & 40' Sharp 3D LED TV.

The 3D glasses that came with the 2 TV. We get 4 pairs in total.

Finally. Left the kitchen top which will be install tmr morn. All the renovation work had just completed. The painter had just left. Overall, my ID is responsible and very responsive. The electrician is superb and the carpentary is good. Only complaint is the chemical wash ,still got so many stain on the tiles, the painting also not up to standard. But no choice, tmr all my stuff will be deliver. Guess tmr morn then i slowly wash lah.

My ID told me he will do the touch up for me next week. But guess next week i already get use to all this minor defects. Haha
