A New Era In An Old Resale Flat (Super Budget)

Today we went to Lucky Khoon this morning.

It was recommended by my ID. We though of buying there, to save some hassle in case we need to do exchange, our ID can assist if need be.

But pricing isn't attractive, so we drop the idea and went shopping elsewhere.

Our next destination was suppose to be Universal Union, but on the way walking from the carpark, we passed by Heritage Bathroom Gallery and went in to have a look.

Service from the shop is quite good and friendly. So we ended up buying there instead and proceed to Singapore Expo when we bought another item which we didn't plan to buy so early (again) haha

Study table:

Initial plan was to get a 2.46m table top from ikea but too bad unable to self carry and the delivery charge is scary, 75 dlrs delivery charge for a piece of plastic!

In the end settle for this, 1.2m table top. Bought 2 and will be joining them as 1

Consolation for this arrangent is that next time the kids got their own room, the study table can shift with them

Hmm, was told that the kitchen window grille won't be able to fit back. Need to replace a new one. But our ID is telling us dun worry cos he will help us to absorb the cost of it.

Thats the way to put the truncking. Shorter piping and more conceal. Y previous owner go one big round?

Today is a fruitful day. Managed to meet the Tiler supervisor or boss I think. He gave a few good suggestion which i gladly complied. Haha, guess my ID sweating. For every suggestion he gave meants my ID profit margin drop.

Lesson learnt today. The letter box lock can get at neighbourhood hardware shop. We got it at the yale lock shop along amk ave 1 n it cost us 20 bucks where else we found out later that it only cost 3.50 at the shop near our home
