Gonna renovate one room which I did not renovate earlier! Taking the same contractor cos three years later, everything still in great condition..except for grouting..bleargh..to be fair..its only in the toilet..think my in-laws scrub it too hard..

Surprised that renovation prices didn't jump so much even after inflation..
