Varnish main door will be about $80.carpentry works is reasonable. Glass works, eg shower screen is expensive, but do not know the thickness and size.actually your cost is inflated by unnecessary things, why do you need to construct beds? Arent single, super single, queen, king good enough, unless you want to extend the length of the beds? You can get beds from retail at half the price of customised carpentry beds. Toilets likely overlay with new tiles as cannot hack within 3 years since its a new flat.are u redoing your toilets? If so, there will be costs for tiling and installing of accessories? What is everyone's take on this?I want to know what should I look for in terms of type/brand/quality for the below list too, as thanks to this forum, I have been inducted to the terms like blum hinges, ABS trimmings, etc1. Internal white pvc is the basic layer used, even for ikea carpentry works. So cheaper.
