Nice setup!! Can I ask u a noob question...I have recently purchased a pair of Zikmu parrot speakers... However my samsung smart tv does not have RCA cable port...So the question is what cables do I use and how should I connect if I want to connect my samsung tv, zikmu speakers, scv hub station and bluray player together...much appreciated if u could help...thanks!

1st, What are the available audio outputs that your Samsung tv has? Coaxial(this is out as you mentioned no RCA), Toslink(provided your Zikmu parrot has).

Assumed that Samsung has Toslink & Zikmu has RCA, you can buy toslink to RCA convertor to hook them.

Also, if the suggestion works, all sounds from tv will output to your Zikmu. You just need to hook up your bluray player & scv box to your Samsung tv directly via hdmi. Graphic & sound will be transmitted & passthrough via your tv. Do note that you should set your tv's volume to zero to avoid double sound output.

You can try LHS by giving them a call. You can find the convertor or adaptor at any stores in Sim Lim Tower/Square. Yes, 2 hdmi to hook between your devices to tv.

I believe my Aktimate Maxi can also stream music. I will need to explore a bit when i'm free. Btw, where did U get your FLAC? I used to rip all my CD into apple format a few years ago and store all in iphone & ipod.

U into internet radio too? I presently had 2 station program into my Maxi and will on them when I'm in the mood for chilling. Share with u. DeepHouseLounge & Deephouse Digital Imported It has nice lounge music and sometime can really get my mood up and feet tapping... :notti:

ongcs, i also saw the laundry hanger from Amazon and also like it from the look but if shipped to Singapore its going to cost me around $100 with shipping cost, so still asking myself do i really want a laudry cart for $100. In the meantime, still considering and looking around.

Do you have the below cable that come with your parrot? I believe the TV should have the 3.5mm stereo output.

You can use that to connect to your speaker.
