Yes, HomeGuide is doing my reno now... final touch up before handing over hopefully this week or next week. Honestly. find them so-so only. Quite often need to speak to their Directors to get things done. But, Directors are accommodative to my requests. Mine is a simple reno, so not much design creativity to comment about. Workmanship is ok. They claim their carpenter works are a cut above the rest, but I think it is acceptable only.

Did they really claim their carpentry work are a cut above the rest???

May I know what do you mean by ' quite often need to speak to their directors to get things done'?

I was told by my lecturer and some classmates that they are short of interior designers and are not really able to give even the simplest line drawing and perspective to customers to view before they decide

how to engage an ID if the clients don't even have the option to see the proposed concept before accepting it ?

I think this is sad

I met up with one of their ID, walter foo. he seems quite knowledgeable in the process of construction, drawing 3d sketches on the spot n even showed me his own portfolio.

prices seem reasonable.

they're mostly by word-of-mouth and i feel its a job well done so far for my place, so spreading the good words around.
