Also my impression to some of the rply seem to be it a standard practise here and i shouldnt be surprised over it but to accept it. Come on, it my hard earn money ok. What a jokeI am neutral and below are just my thoughts.From the IDs view, it's also their hard earned $.I also got to know that some Ids do not have basic pay.Imagine we are in their shoes, after spending time to design and do quotation, client did not proceed, all the time spend will be consider wasted and u doing it 'free'.Cheers.. good luck Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
