Last january i buy a hdb flat.My first appointment also finished.Both seller and buyer signed the OTP.After 8 weeks of my first appointment our closing date.But my seller told me before 2 days of my completion date he got negative sale so, i dont want to sale my flat,i give you deposit money S$5,000 and you stay my house free then u search the new flat.we both cancel the agreement. From January to till i got financial problem and got lot of stress to arrang nearly 1k.Now I'm staying rental house i thought i will got key this month end of the week,so I informed my owner i finished contract by this month so,I used my advance money also.Like this suituation what i have to do.Next month i con't renuve my rental house also then i con't get my new house key also.I have two kids.what can i do the seller.Pls advice me. U agreed to the deal to stay for free till u get a new place and now after using up the option u wanna go against the seller? After cancelling the agreement u really dun have a case anymore. Regards. Regards.Thanks for reply.I expect seller to give the house key and get the money from me and close it.I did not agree to stay in his house.I told him to settle the house on the last day of closure date otherwise i give penalty notice with 21days time.then I thought to sue.In my side i arranged amount properly.what can i do now.
