Living In The Apartment When Doing Renovation

I'm looking to renovate my place but as it is not a newly acquired place and I'm living there, just wondering if anyone has any similar experience to share?

Spoke to a couple of IDs and they are advising against it - I supposed if we are not living in there, it will make their job much easier. But since I will have my furniture and stuffs in there, just cracking my head how I'll manage.

I'm changing my floor tiles and installing new tv console, cabinets etc.

My suggestion is to take few days off for a holiday while they finish the wet work.

If not, choose laminate flooring and lay over.

You should be ok to live in while doing capentary work.
