where to get reasonable price for the ceiling lights?

I saw someone mentioned at Jurong area but i can't find the post anymore.

Aircon : Gain city or any recommendation?

Heaters : Instant or city gas?

was told that Aplha brand is good as it's heating element is 3.5kw and can support rain shower.(but quite ex thou)

Does gas heater also heats up the water as fast as instant ones?Can it support rain shower?

Dryer : Gas dryer

Is gas dryer as good as those electrical ones?

There are few light shops at BLK 353 Jurong east, u can easily see them when u drive along Boon Lay Way toward city. I got my light and fan from one of the shop but can't remember which one as they look alike. As for heater, if u are going to buy instant water heater, I recommend the 707 protek which give quite a steady water temp., I got it from the electrical shop at blk 500+ Jurong west market at $220. However, I do not know whether it support rain water. Last time I bought a cheap sub $100 Techno water heater and it spoil about 1 year 2 month time. The way it spoil is quite terrified as it will give up almost boiling water instead of hot water in the very first 5 to 10 second.
