Things starting to go bad. Had a big quarrel with ID. Told me there wont be any additional during reno but i expected some extras so its ok. But now he's adding cost aft cost like there's no end. And worst still he's not doing his job as an ID. i'm doing up my own drawing of how i want my kitchen cabinets and all. :curse:

Tile Selection

My fiancee seemed to like all the shiny ones. Later on we found out from our ID that these tiles are the 'No Acid' type which means we can't use a strong detergent on it to clean or else it will damage the surface and lose it's shine. Aft that she became sian as she can't have what she like.

you are lucky your ID told you that. My contractor only told me after the selection (he was with us) that he wont be acid washing some areas as the acid may prove too strong.

Ya that's wat I questioned him and he started telling me that I'm frickle minded. And slowly we started to argue over the phone. Haiz
