I like option 3 also.

the space in the MBR toilet is just the thinking that having the whole length for the shower is too long anyway.

i could "partition" off a corner for storage or something.

probably you can swop the shower and your storage. i believe the shower point is beside the wc?

Option 3 got my vote too because of its smoother flow and unblocked pathway to the the rooms.

I'm really hardpressed for space.

SO I'm gonna make do with just 1 bath in the house.

That's what I have in my current place anyway.

Then, I'll use the other bath area for storing all my barang barang, like IT stuffs and carpentary tools. May even consider moving my vanity area there as well by installing a full length mirror.

Yes, option 3 layout optimizes the living room space to the maximum.

Option 3 looks the most spacious, but you must consider that dining table will be farthest from kitchen and you will have to carry hot food etc though living room.
