Will Installing Electrical Socket In A Shoe Cabinet Be Hazardous?

I need to install a electric socket in a shoe cabinet as I would like to put my opennet modem and router on top of it.

there will be a small ventilation on top of the socket but its like 2 cm x 1cm the most.

Will the socket cause fire if I were to on the modem and router 24 hrs?

As long as there is adequate ventilation and no flammable items in the cabinet, your risk is very low.

Unlikely la.. my router and modems don't get really hot to the touch. If yours gets quite hot when its running then ensure have enough ventilation lor
