Foreign worker quotas have been cut, cost of doing business has risen, in addition I wonder if expectations have risen as well?

It's getting more expensive to live in Sg now...... getting very costly to buy a flat/house, reno cost also up, maintenance cost (or Town council charges) also up.

COV is high, so is COE for cars!

Car is now considered a luxury item... owning a flat also a luxury item?

Govt is pushing out BTOs like crazy... so nah... don't think 'flat' will be a luxury item. Condos, then perhaps. Problem is, if the foreigners go, ppty prices will drop too.

How old is ur EM? Gen1, Gen 2 or Gen 3?

Saw one EM facing the reservoir and the view was fantastic.

You got a good price at 660k as Hougang no reservoir facing is already valued 630k and asking COV 60k.

I think I saw the Bedok reservoir EM is at block 715 which unblock and just across the road with full reservoir view.

Went there actually to view the decor undergoing renovation by an ID company.

The owner mentioned that they paid 700k in October 2011

I brought a EM this year January 12. This EM is about 7 minutes to Hougang MRt and Hougang Mall. Paid COV 60k and valuation was 570k.

Just renovated about 60k without furniture......

My EM is 28 yrs old,unblock high floor facing the reservior...

Ur EM is similar to mine 27yr old. How is the condition? R u going for major overhaul? Which level did u buy?
