wonder if any EM owner using citygas heater?

we already bought one but have not installed

our plumber advises us not to install cos the water flow will be small, so we wonder if this is true?

this is just an update to my question for all's reference...

the normal 8L citygas water heater (REU-8 CG) is not suitable for EM and must get a 16L one which cost $700+ if want to use gas

still not sure abt the water flow but we decided to get a storage heater now cos it's cheaper upfront :P

Seems high, which block is it, and what condition is it in? Move-in condition, renovated in the past 1-2 years perhaps still ok.

I paid 35k COV and spent 50k odd on renovation including fittings but not including furnishings on mine in Serangoon.

OTP was signed in January 2010. We waited till July for 2nd appointment as we let the landlord see out his tenant's lease.

We renovated everything except the marble and parquet floor, which we repaired/refurbished. We used the flat's original structural layout, and only slightly enlarged/shifted the kitchen entrance to make the kitchen brighter. I also had the upstairs common toilet bowl area swapped with the shower area. And I changed out the staircase railings.

Otherwise it was a basic refresh/refurbishment of the existing unit.

Has anyone tried applying to cover up void area at the staircase?

I'm thinking of extending my study room just above the area and have no idea if i could do that.

You can't do anything to the void area stated in HDB website.

Yes, you can't do anything that increases the GFA of the unit.

Thanks for the reply...I understand there are people whom actually did this according to a contractor.

Hence wanted to clarify if this was a "by right cannot by left can" issue.
