Actually sunset way wasn't in our shortlisted area, not until i found this unit and really like its exclusiveness!

The owner has also assured me that all the neighbours - left and right, up and down are all very nice! Phew .... lucky!

it is important to have nice neighbours! i am lucky that my next-door neighbours are very very friendly and my dad loves to play with their three kids!

I got my place a year ago im in the real estate industry so brought my cousin to view the unit at blk 116. she likes sunset way a lot!

Once i figure how to attach my floor plan, i will pm you. hee

hey i am at block 110 if you walk past st 13 car park entrance, you can see my unit. it is one with many many potted plants.

Yeahh! the cold storage is like a good 5 mins walk from my place and you can get yummy food at the little shopping centre. Ice-cream, cakes, and bakery. Moreover, you can go to those restaurants at blk 106. A good variety of choices. The steamboat restaurant is always packed whenever I walk past!

I hope to see more facilities at the future aquatic science centre. hee

Hi,

Just got the original floor plan of my unit.

The current owner has done a major renovation.

1. Access balcony bought - timber deck flooring

2. Main door facing changed

3. Utility Room re-configured - wall bet access balcony hacked / wall bet kitchen hacked - replaced with sliding opague white doors

4. Kitchen wash area hacked

5. Kitchen wall bet utility room hacked

6. Two entrances into kitchen - Utility room / Wash Area

7. One side of kitchen - cabinets covering rubbish chute

8. Kitchen - basin / stove on the other side of kitchen - wall in line with wash area

9. Dining remained - Cabinets done up

10. Stairs - Boxed up with storage

11. Living - same

12. Balcony - grilles up, timber deck flooring

13. 2nd level - all rooms with built-in wardrobes

14. Bedroom 2 with built-in wardrobes and study area - hidden when cabinets closed.

15. Master bedroom door, extended out - bathroom door changed.

Hee.. That's about it!

Hehehe, our layout is exactly the same. But now I think our units look totally different with the stuff that the previous owner did to your unit. And u're soooo lucky to get a corner unit! Would love to have the extra space at the access balcony.

Hi, I need alot of rooms because I have one daughter and one son, and one domestic helper. So the utility area is for my domestic helper. And I need a study too - so am using the dining area as a study - two large L shape tables and have moved the dining table to the corridor from kitchen to living room, which is very wide with the staircase against wall configuration. Which is why for me I couldn't consider a "criss cross" staircase unit. This is also the reason why I much prefer the 2nd generation EM layout, with a large square balcony as it gives the flexibility of using balcony as area for domestic helper to sleep and yet we have one other extra full room in the 1st level.

Our boys are still young plus we do not hav a domestic helper, the rooms are just nice.

While we hope to have a bigger MBR, not too sure if we wanna hack the 2 rooms.

I prefer to have extra rooms for parents/guests when they stay over.

Hopefully not too noisy. hee...

I have yet to explore the area there - dun know where is where yet!

Bet the current owner must hv spend quite a bit on the ID.

Current owners are very nice too. Very willing to share information.

Agent is an ex-vendor. Owner used to stay opp my block at mother's place.

So many coincidences = fated to buy!

Hi,

We were there with family for dinner at the seafood restaurant behind my new house!

Good food and a lot of restuarants around.

Shopping centre nearby has a paediatrician, the ice-cream place, a good restaurant serving western food, & cold storage.

We were viewing the unit from the car park, like the feel!

Beginning to love the place!

Haha, same like mi. That time b4 we got the keys, we kept going to the park at our block to eat takeout dinner/mac.. All the while enjoying the feel of the place and gaze at our "future" unit. hahahahaha

During Second appt to be exact. But you got to confirm with the seller that they stick to the scheduled time by HDB.

To minimise any misunderstandings, please be open with the seller your intents.

We are very open with the sellers, that is why we do not have any unhappiness, and they are open with us, by asking us to delay the scheduled time by 15 days, we agreed
