Heard from my agent that this top floor unit has been put up for sale since last yr.

Seller's conditions pretty "difficult" to meet.

Apparently, they are unwilling to commit on how much they want now.

1. They have yet to find a place - won't move out until they find one

2. cov highly dependable on the unit they are getting - cos they hv no free cash on hand

3. buyer has to bear the seller' commission too.

Btw, what's the norm when it comes to agent's commission?

First time buyer - greatly appreciated some advice.

I will give up too! Why should buyers bear the comm for agent? It's like they are only planning for themselves...what if they can't fins a suitable unit in 30 days? then OTP can't be exercised? if the unit they like takes some time for reno or stuff buyers need to accomodate them?

Have faith^^ .. me and htb waited and look ard for abt 6 mths b4 we finally found this current EM.. and at an affordable price too!!

Be patient. What is a few months of viewing and waiting comparing with years of regret?

Look out for the house which u think is the best and u are the most comfy with.

And, yeah, dun think there is a problem viewing during 7th month.
