Is there anyway you can delay your reno?

Ya both my reno for my previous 5I and current EM I didn't take loan. I will rather eat bread with water to save more $$$ than to pay the interest for my renovation.

Cannot leh. I also wish to delay if possible, then dun need to take reno loan nor will I need to incur those penalty charges. But if delay until I get the profits, then we won't have a place to stay during renovation. If wana rent a place, then must as well take the reno loan for the time being, and take it that the penalty paid = to the rental fee of the place we rent. Think penalty for early repayment of loan will be cheaper compared to a rental place loh.

And since it's full payment as soon as we receive the profits, we won't incur much of the interest bah.

Hehe, I just hope they dun have any hidden costs that will suddenly pop up when we wana pay in full. Banks = legal loansharks

Hee.. U r rite. It is by %. My hb calculated the penalty to be around $900 loh.

Wah.. Rent out for a year or 2, then use the rental $ to pay for the reno if future! Hehehehee... I just hope my reno will be drool-worthy.

As for rental... Maybe bahhh... i dunno... the $ is too good to resist..

Basically i hack the whole of first floor tiles including kitchen floor & kitchen wall tiles & balcony wall tiles ...

I used to upload using imageshack but now using photobucket which is so much easier. This is how easy it goes for photobucket. Remember to sign up an account first.

Hehe, actually don't need to delete the tingy nor do u need to click on the tree image. Just paste the whole thing in the reply box will do. Recently just found out when I was adding pics to my tblog.
