My house's previous owner paid 660k for it leh..think it was when the property prices was sky high...

Including his renovation..he 'lugi' more than 200k...but then think he can afford it ah..heard he paid for his jurong west EA in full! I still have 30 years to go to pay up my loan fully!

Here's the TOTO Quickguide before the big day!

You can place Ordinary Bets or System Bets in TOTO.

Ordinary Bet Refers to a selection of 6 numbers from 1 to 45

System Bet Refers to a selection of 7 to 12 numbers from 1 to 45.

For example, a System 7 bet is a selection of 7 numbers.

System Roll This requires you to pick only 5 numbers from 1 to 45. The 6th number will be assigned by the computer based on the remaining 40 numbers. In other words, you have placed 40 ordinary bets.

cost of various system:

Quickpick aka computer pick aka System 6 = $0.50 (min $1)

System 7 = $3.50

System 8 = $14

System 9 = $42

System 10 = $105

System 11 = $231

System 12 = $462

System Roll meaning 5 numbers + 1R = $20

came out in the papers - one rich couple bought a EM in bishan for $700k or $800k back then.

all bishan houses bought during 90s high period all losing money...cos now the flats are old, can no longer fetch that kind of price.

Going to ask to seller to sign on the indemity form so that i could start applying for HDB renovation. And possible start work on the completion date. Can't wait to own a EM...
