Am actually planning to do up 3 toilets and also hack away the existing kitchen wall and custom make 2 cupboard for the bedroom...any idea how much is the damage??

I just did my 2.5 toilets , hack kitchen wall, put up a glass panel to replace, replace living room flooring w homogeneous tiles, lay bedrooms upstairs with laminate and custom make tv console for $28k. Electrical wiring is another $1.8k.

the marble flooring so wu la la, really very swee . Hubby and I just hoping we kena one big time from TOTO then move out temporary and re-renovate the whole **** house again.

yup not easy to get one, that's why we actually sacrifice the view for a corner unit....this is the only corner unit that we viewed and we secure it.

for the utility rm, i knocked down the entire wall + door to build the glass sliding door. As for the walls at the original main door is remain, and the windows at the utility room is also original, juz imagine that it is a corridor unit with the utility rm facing the corridor....Then additional main entrance and roof is also erected.

BTW, additional main entrance and roof was done by the previous owner

Likewise, the window was done by the previous owner It used to be a round hole along the corridor. So, when the previous owner buy over the corridor, he also covered up the hole with window.

Glad to hear many bro&sis saying that the marble floor is nice cos we initially thot it can be abit "old fashion"....

Okie, will scan and give u the breakdown of cost.

Not much variation order, except that i backside itchy, thinking of making a frosted glass door cabinet shell. They will cost me an additional $1.6k, as quoted by Seng Kwong.

Also thinking of changing main door for another $400+.

Other misc cost will be laying carpet for staircase $650... got 2 small ones jumping around everyday so boh bian.

Another $2.6k for Daikin S4 aircon.

I bought mine at 310k, 30k below valuation but it was in Mar 2005. Seller left only nothing for us cos the place was in bad shape. We bought it in a hurry so didnt really view many units and also because we only wanted a unit from a particular block. No marble flooring, no parquet flooring, no wall tiles, no decent good condition windows and windows grilles from seller....everything gotta be rebuilt.
