Ｐｅｒｓｏｎｎｅｌ　Ｉ　ｆｉｎｄ　ｙｏｕｒ　ｑｕｏｔｅ　ｉｓ　ｑｕｉｔｅ　ｅｘｐｅｎｓｉｖｅ．　If you want to save $$$, you have to get contractor which they are sepcialise in certain thing, like carbinet you should find carpenter to do it and pole system get the specialise like POSH, excel or you want cheaper I can introduce someone to you but you have to assembly yourself.

Hi, you should source for a few more contractors's quotation to compare.I did my reno last year and I source for about 5 quotations... in the end, I opt for a mid range quote.

Yes, still sourcing for quotations... I also find pricing a bit high. The window can be done for $600++ but the quote here is $1100!!!!

Total bedrooms area is 367.91sqft, or 34.18sqm. So it works out to $5.02/sqft for the laminates.

Living area + corridor is 254.89sqft, or 23.68sqm. If add bomb shelter (which is not necessary) it is 284.6sqft, or 26.44sqm. So tiling works out to $11.41/sqft. I wonder if my calculations are correct?

(Devil hidden cost here!) 1 & 2 only supply labor ! which is very ex. be careful Yes you need a PE to endorsement and approved the hacking for HDB cost around $300 to $500 with and without floor plan. why not combine both together? maybe you can tackle on this. (rem only 1 PE endorsement will cover all hacking in 1 unit) Don't believe? let me help you to get the application ! hahahaa...

why can't combine the door frame and door cost together?? basic on the diff cost?

Big sorry the rest i cant really comment on it. It's really depends on the materials itself. I can only tell you the knife is very very sharp at this point. maybe you get more quote before you start doing it.

Basically we want to do full renovation of the house, carpentry work is only built-in kitchen cabinet (28ft top and bottom), and 1 built-in wardrobe (6ft long). And the cheapest quotation i can get from IDs is $35000 (including electrical stuff). I found it so so expensive. Could you give us your contractor and drafter contact? Will you think contractor will give us cheaper price? We are looking for <$30000.

Wah the laminate floor Sooo ex! where isit fr? i did my master bed room with inovar fllor cost me around $650 only with the 8mm range.

he might be using thicker then 8mm range for ur room, check it out with the id.

but if u heavent sign with any id is better then go direct for ur flooring save u lots of money as what i did!
