Minor Renovation/ Repair Work

Hi i'm planning to carry out some minor renovation/repair work for my 10 years old masionette.

Areas that need to work on is as follow;

1. Kitchen cabinets and table top. ( redo the whole thing)

2. 3 toilets ( redo the 3 toilets)

3. replacing wooden doors and frames.( 4 to 5 doors)

4. painting the whole house.

5. Revarnish the whole 2nd level.

6. build a new walk in cabinet for 1 room.

7. Thinking of replacing the 1st floor homogenious tiles. ( worry about the hacking and mess)

Will i still be able to live in the same house when the above work to be carry out?

Any contractors/ renovation firm to recommend?
