Minor Renovation/ Repair Work

Hi, i'm looking for contractor who is willing to provide minor renovation/repair/ replacement work for my HDB masionette.

Things that i'm looking into that need to be done;

1. Redo the whole kitchen, replacing the all the cabinets and table top.

2. re-varnish 3 bedroom floor.

3. replacing 3 wooden door and frame

4. painting the whole unit

5. redo 3 toilets.

6. Think of overlaying my homogenious tiles ( 1st floor) but i'm worry about the hacking of existing floor.

I've been living in this unit for almost 10 years and i'm not sure if this amount of work will allow me to stay in the house when work is being carried out.

Anyone can advice / recommend contractors for the above?
