- installation of 1 nos 2 way tap (provided by owner)$40

Wet Works

- Homogenous floor tiles ($3 psf) $380

- Ceramic/Homogenous wall tiles ($3 psf) $1850

- Water proofing $200

- Construction of shower kerb $100

Capentry Works

- installation of ABS laminated vanity cabinet $550

- installation of solid surface vanity top $270

can you pls advice how many square feet you are talking about?

eg vanity for how many foot run? 6 ft? 2 ft?

show screen, what is the length and height and thickness?

does the vanity top is using solid surface top? any mirror?

.....

it is better to show by psf or foot run for comparison purpose...
