Nothing done, nothing paid.The seller's agent was the one who introduced his colleague (the same company) to us, telling us we need to have an agent acting as e buyer's side. It's just a paper saying that she's representing us as our agent but there was no amount stated. Just a paper telling HDB that we have a representative agent. Shucks! Actually I'm trying to pull polls to see if we can just get away with it and don't pay her since she did nothing.
