Reno For Brand New Condo

Hello, we are in the midst of getting our dream condo at Oasis@Elias somewhere in July and now looking for cheap and reliable contractors to do minor reno since our condo has most of the important things. We would like to do up the following:

1) Painting

2) TV console with storage area

3) Full length shoe cabinets at entry way

4) Window Grills at 3 bedrooms + Solar Film

5) Mirror Feature wall at dining area

6) Small cabinet in masterbedroom

7) drawers at Baywindow for 2 bedrooms

8) Electrical and wiring

9) Misc like cleaning up after reno and washing floor

Are we able to do all the above for less than 15K?

3) Full length shoe cabinets at entry way hmmm, 4ft should be 800 to 1000 ba

4) Window Grills at 3 bedrooms + Solar Film hmmm, less then 1000 ba

5) Mirror Feature wall at dining area hmmm, take it as 10 ft, should be 2000 to 2800 ba

6) Small cabinet in masterbedroom hmm, small? 500?

7) drawers at Baywindow for 2 bedrooms frm 500 to 1200. have to know what u really wan.

8) Electrical and wiring hmmm, just simple light fitting and some power point ba. 500 to 800. less then a k can settle liao lo

9) Misc like cleaning up after reno and washing floor 150 to 200.

Are we able to do all the above for less than 15K?

From the above should not be that ex huh? 15k is ok ok ... Iv done my whole kitchen at around 28k because of quartz and Bum...

Usually you can chk on cheaper choice of material to meet budget...

Get a few more quotes from ID n contractors u would probably know the roughly estimate price. Just a piece of advise, sometimes cheap may not be bad, expensive might not be necessary good, @the end of the day, reliable is more impt.

Main things you stated are carpentry works. 15k should be okays under normal circumstances unless you have special requests or design. But it is still best to know the dimensions to get a better idea on the pricing. Check with several IDs and get a comparison to know more.
