Hi, I am renovating my 5rm (116sqm) flat but seems like my quotation cost me slightly on the higher margin compared to my friends who is renovating more parts of their home. So I really need help before I commit into signing the agreement. Loads of things I didn't do... Like Built in cabinets except kitchen, windows & grills, paintings, electrical n etc... Also not inclusive of accessories... But it went above than I have expected. So I appreciate if anyone could take a look at it and feedback. I tried to upload the floor plan but dunno how to... Thanx all in advance...

Living Room & Balcony

1. Labour charge to dismantle existing 4pcs. Sliding Glass Door including touch up between Living to Living Balcony- $90.00

2. Labour charge to dismantle existing L shape Kitchen cabinet including throw away debris by transport - $160.00
