I'm going to do reno on my resale EM (corridor) near khatib mrt.I have sent request quotation to about 5 ID/contractor. So far, got quoted about the same from all. how is the renovation process go through? like step by step, meet ID>choose design>start work and so on.When can i check what material they use?Any common hidden cost?Anything to aware before signing? kitchen and bathroom reno usually come with sink/basin and W/C? (i mean in their quotation)Where can i get stainless steel gate for main door?What is the good/common material for kitchen cabinet? (any should avoid materials)Sorry so many questions.
