Can I Overlay Bathroom Tiles?

Can I overlay bathroom tiles if the below layer is newly laid, but there is a mistake with the laying arrangement? Wise to do so? Any danger?

then door way will have a higher kerb .. it ok anyway. =)

I overlay my bathroom and balcony tiles too,

but make sure the tiler roughen the old tiles before apply layer of W1 with cement

If can, do 2 layers of waterproofing 1st before u overlay. Also check that there isn't any existing tiles that are hollow.

oh forgot something too...use W1 and chemical cement for tiles to be overlay too.
