However, the design concept is different from ours. Therefore, we got to start preparing all the necessary information for the renovation. Hope this learning journey would be fun. Meanwhile, we have to fix up the design concept quickly.Yesterday I requested for reno quotation, there is a lot of ID/contractors contacted me. It could be good if anyone here can recommend us any contractor as well. We are open to all, just that we have budget constraint.The general works includes the following:Phase 1: Demolition working1. hacking of the wall between living room and kitchen2. hacking of the wall between bath and toilet3. hacking of the floor for living room and 2 bedrooms4. hacking of the bath and toilet floor4. hacking of the kitchen basin 5. hacking of the wardrobe for 2 bedroomsPhase 2: Electrical work1. Existing Cable rewiring2. Installing additional double socket <10 units3. Installing additional 2 air-con point4. Replacing of ELCB box5. Installing additional lighting points <10 unitsPhase 3: Installation work1. Laying of 600mm x 600mm homogeneous tiles for living room 2. Laying of HDF laminated flooring for 2 bedrooms3. We have been searching for long. The units are selling fast there. We were considering one of the units weeks back, when we approach our agent within 3 or 4 days, the deal has been closed by others. This unit published at propertyguru on Friday, we arranged the viewing on Sat and confirmed on Sunday. The valuation of this hse is 455k with 20k COV.
