Hi I am a newbie..I am planning to do some renovation for my 3 bedroom condo which is 1150sqf. Basically I wish to redo the entire kitchen, redo the entire master & common toilets. I want to tear out all the wall papers, plaster over & repaint or put new wall papers. Construct a build in shoe cupboard all the way to the ceiling. Change all the lights in all the rooms. I am not planning to re construct the bedroom cupboards though. Lastly construct a build in tv console area in the living room.

With this in mind, would it be better to engage an ID or a contractor since I know roughly what i need. How many months in advance do I need to plan for it or source around? Any idea how much it would roughly cost too?
