You can have a look at some websites. My friends alway buy door bells from the website and they are satisfied with their purchasing.

If u're referring to those wireless kind, be mindful that cheap ones shares the same frequencies...

How do I know? Coz I got a cheap one & it goes off by itself sometimes.. (Really scary when it's night time!)

I stay in a HDB point block & hence the units are pretty near each other... I then found out from an electrician friend that cheap ones bought off-shelf from those NTUC, etc usually has the same frequencies... Hence, when ur neighbor (if happen to use the same brand) press his door bell, urs will go off too!

He advise either hard-wire kind or buy a higher price one...

I believe you can get some of the affordable door bell in Gmarket

This door bell is affordable and easy to install. You should purchase one and share with us whether it is worth buying

I bought this and just installed the batteries. Music is loud and clear and there are 36 types! Not sure whether the same frequency as my neighbour's door bell though this is really super easy to install.

However, I went to NTUC to check just now and the brand is different from NTUC's. I think NTUC uses Taiyo.

For some strange reason, my door bell sounded just now while I am at my parents' house, and I did not press the bell. Hopefully at my new house, there will not be a clash of frequency. Can we change the frequency?
