Yes... You will need the quotation from your ID to get the reno loan from the bank as the cashier order will be paid directly to your ID company...

I presume you are taking the loan directly with a bank.

You should be able to take 30K instead of 32K.

This is assuming bank have no concerns with loaning you 30K
