I realize that my aircon pipes sometimes will seens to leak water. Is there a cause for concern?

Or i can simply ignore it?

Yes.. I would suggest to check, before it become a bigger problem.

If still under warranty, you could still ask the aircon person to come and rectify.

we encounter the kitchen sink water cannot flow ..everytime we will remove the water in the pipe under the sink ..but we get to know doing it frequently may result in the pipe leaking in the future...thus we monitored a few times n leave the sink for a week plus then the water will slowly flow again..even washing cups will result in the sink overflow ..but it is very strange the other sink is fine...we are thinking could it be due to the pipe structure that we have this problem since it was installed..coz the other side sink is fine and never had the overflow...if it is not due to the structure..the only way is for us to pump the sink everytime it gets overflow..hope anyone can advise on this..thanks.

hi all my down light is spoiled...

Normally the led is not spoilt but the driver. U need to pull along the rim of the light. Take note that there are 2 clips which hold the light to the false ceiling. Careful not to damage the false ceiling. Unscrew the driver out which is a box like. Take note of the wires sequence. Change the diver and pull back the clip and fix it back.
