Looks like ex-owner didn't clear the sofa and the TV cabinet huh....

Another reason why I want to do the main door and gate later is I worry ex-owner may borrow from ah long. Not that there is any sign of it but the ex-owner's husband does not seem to have a stable job. When I open the letter box, I notice some letters from lawyers which makes me a little worried. Perhaps I think too much.

I wonder, is there any way to ensure ex-owner has changed the IC address?

I think there is not much things that you can do about this. Maybe you can call the law firm and tell them that the ex owners are not staying here, and you are the new owner for the house, so don't send any letters to your house anymore.

We applied a new courts credit card for the free delivery offer 2 wks ago, the stupid diners club sent to our previous add even though we provided the updated add..they simply refer to their database and send to the old add..

Luckily they send SMS to hp for notification , tats how we knew it was sent to old add

Hmmm.. The agent who's the owner 's sis inlaw keep assured us they r decent fam.. So it really never cross my mind if anything will happen..

Recently my mum's neighbors a Muslim who rented fr jtc also get splash paint after they move out. Now jtc re paint It and trying to sell at high price via agent.

I wonder, is there any way to ensure ex-owner has changed the IC address?
