Good numbers... Hopefully I'll HUAT ah .. after moving in.. HehCOV is still so high??? Only setback in Whampoa is no MRT and have to share amenities like sports complex and library with Toa payoh. muska1119 1 Report post Posted March 10, 2012 Our best buy for the hse: 46inch, 400Hz, Samsung Smart LED, Internet TV from Courts Clementi opening sale..@ $1899..saw the newspaper supposed to be $1999 for 1st 10 set, but when we reached there it was displaying price tag of $2299, still we boey pai seh to ask..finally after 5mins of checking..the salesman gave a wonderful price that's lower than newspaper..It was even cheaper than Audio hse.Tomorrow we shall chiong to Courts Bukit Timah as AMEX card holder can have 20% disc..to get the sofa set, that we've been eyeing.. I'm also eyeing king koil sofa in courts I saw it on FB post from courts..applicable for all Amex card..I think we are looking at the same king koil sofa? the fabric L shape?..There's another exact same design from Courts in hse brand..the sales person shared that there's diff on the side board(handle)..king koil less sponge, so its harder.. Since my living room is small..Did u check the price of the extra cover ? It's 900 .. So ex! Yesterday we went to marina sq, quite a lot of l-shape sofa, not sure about the quality.... But mode studio one not bad! They're having a pre-renovation sale but more ex than courts of course we can adjust the lenght... Still confuse between the custom one or courts. Did you try heading down to iffs on expo?
