AlisaWu 4 Report post Posted March 7, 2012 me and hubby is getting our first flat through the BTO exercise, actually in 2013.. but hoping to do some homework to better prepare ourselves mentally and financially..this is the range of works we want done, is it possible/realistic to hit below $20k (excluding light fixtures, furnitures and electronics)?any advice from the seniors here and any ID/contractors to recommend, any creative ideas that can edit this cheaper and is there anything i'm missing??my aunt owns a tile shop so maybe we can get the granite/quartz top and toilet wall tiles cheaper, if it will help..
