Kim Tian Green - Minimalist

Minimalist kitchen sink and tap.

ID chose this thin and slick kitchen solid top, as opposed to the thick ones.

I was pleasantly surprised they made it so thin, never understood why kitchen tops have to be so thick anyway.

I hated the recessed wall in the bedroom but ID made use of it to install a cove light, which bounces light to the rest of the room.

Sweet.

Is there any advantage of making it thin? Or purely for aesthetic purpose? It is special.. :yamseng:

Not too sure function wise but I prefer it thin since it looks better and slicker.

My favourite part of the house is the living room.

The false wall and false ceiling cove lights exude a surreal and zen feel to the surrounding space.

I like my view so much I asked my ID if we could explore a curtain-less setup by installing the 3M Night Vision window films which will block out sunlight and provide privacy, while giving good view at the same time.

ID liked the idea so we will be trying it out to see if it works.

ID chose these really cool bathroom lights, I don't even know what you call it. It looks like a bulb darkened at the surface.

Hi, May I know where did your ID get these lightbulbs and how much do they cost?

I didn't know why ID designed the dinning table to be long and narrow, now I know it's because I can stack the dinning chairs this way.

Haha, love it.

Dear neighbour,

the view from your window is breathtaking! :) Are you ready to move in to your house?

Yes, when all the furniture arrive.

Especially beds because I need a good night's sleep!

Muji beds arrived today, very solid and well made.

Hello there, you have a great choice of furniture for your new place. Checking with you - is the Muji bed just wide enough for a Single size mattress, and too narrow for a Super Single mattress? The typical Super Single dimension is W107cm x L190cm I think.

Appreciate any assistance and advice you can provide.

Thanks !
