Yes, new BTO. Gotta apply permit to do hacking & removal of toilet metal door frames. Contractor helped us submitted and the applications have been approved! Heard that the toilet door frames tend to rust & my dad said we'll regret if we don't remove them!

An idea for the kids bed. If the ceiling is high enough, can consider using those bed sold in Ikea (where top for sleeping, bottom used as study table). :sport-smiley-004:

We are researching on LED strips for kitchen under cabinet. Should be getting from ebay since it's much cheaper but the problem is which ones to buy!?!! and which power supply to use??!! Shall continue to research...
